They brought this enormous dump truck with a conveyor belt to shoot the dirt out of their truck, up and over the common-area sidewalk, over our fence, and into the yard. It was amazing to watch. The guy controlled everything from a little yellow remote control box. He just sat on top of his truck and could make the truck drive back and forth, turn and aim while shooting the dirt up in the air.

It's Raining Dirt!
Last weekend we had 12 yards of top soil delivered directly to the backyard. We're attempting to create a berm along the backside of the yard in which to plant trees and bushes, etc.
They brought this enormous dump truck with a conveyor belt to shoot the dirt out of their truck, up and over the common-area sidewalk, over our fence, and into the yard. It was amazing to watch. He just sat on top of his truck and could make the truck drive back and forth, turn and aim while shooting the dirt up in the air.
The kids were spellbound, including Daddy. It was spectacular to watch and then even more fun once the truck was empty and it was time to begin playing.....uh, I mean working.....in the dirt!
Time to invite the neighborhood kids over to play on Dirt Mountain! The kids only got the powdery dirt in their eyes, nose and mouths a couple of times.... :)
Poor neighbor boy wishing someone would wash off his mud mustache..... :)

I started laughing the second I saw that top picture. Such a Jamison shot. Looks like GREAT entertainment (and WAY too much work). Have fun with that.
Who doesn't love a huge pile of dirt?....except those who have to move it, with a shovel! Have fun with that!
